Digital Products

Our digital products are delivered electronically, so no physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files are instantly accessible, we don’t typically accept returns or offer refunds once files have been downloaded. That said, if you’re not 100% happy with your order, please reach out within 30 days of your order date and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that colors may vary depending on screen settings, printers, materials, and third-party print vendors. We always recommend reviewing your files and testing prints before producing final quantities.

All other returns

Sometimes a piece just isn’t quite right. For eligible physical items, we offer 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at hello@houseofpaperblooms.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Returns need to be approved before being sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
